Hi [CUSTOMER], this is [SHOP NAME]. Your appointment for [VEHICLE / SERVICE] is scheduled for [DATE] at [TIME]. Reply here or call [SHOP PHONE] if you need to change it.
BEFORE YOU SEND
A useful template still needs a real shop process.
The builder stores nothing and does not decide whether a message is legally permitted. Use the shop’s approved messaging system, verify the facts, and check current federal, state, carrier, and platform requirements.
Classify the message first
A repair update, a requested reminder, and a marketing promotion are not interchangeable. Confirm the message purpose and the consent your sending method requires.
Keep authorization separate
An estimate follow-up can invite questions, but a template should not silently replace the shop’s documented approval and repair-authorization process.
Verify before every send
Confirm the vehicle, work status, price, date, parts timing, location, and reply path. Leave a bracketed field in place rather than guessing.
